Obligation de notification La CSSF rappelle aux entreprises qui se livrent au trading algorithmique leur obligation de notifier cette pratique à la fois à l'autorité compétente de leur État membre d'origine et, lorsqu'elles sont différentes, à l'autorité(s) compétente(s) de la ou des plateformes de négociation où le trading algorithmique a lieu.

The CSSF informs all investment firms and relevant stakeholders regarding the EBA and ESMA discussion paper on the revision of the investment firms’ prudential framework, published on 3 June 2024 on the EBA website with the aim to gather relevant stakeholder feedback.

Following the entry into force of the EMIR Refit regulation on April 29, 2024, the CSSF enables financial and non-financial counterparties to complete and submit the “EMIR – notification form and request for intragroup exemption” and “SFTR – notification form” procedures either through eDesk or by using an API solution based on the submission of a structured exchange file via the S3 protocol.
