After an unanimous adoption earlier in June, the national “DORA law” of 1 July 2024 was published in the Official Journal and will apply by 17 January 2025. This constitutes one more step towards a more resilient financial sector in Luxembourg.

CSSF Version 1.7 – July 2024

À la demande de la Commission européenne, le CEAOB a préparé un projet de lignes directrices non contraignantes sur l’assurance limitée dans les rapports d’information en matière de durabilité.

Obligation de notification La CSSF rappelle aux entreprises qui se livrent au trading algorithmique leur obligation de notifier cette pratique à la fois à l'autorité compétente de leur État membre d'origine et, lorsqu'elles sont différentes, à l'autorité(s) compétente(s) de la ou des plateformes de négociation où le trading algorithmique a lieu.

Comme annoncé dans le communiqué du 5 avril 2024 concernant la transmission des démarches en direct auprès de la CSSF, les modalités de collecte des reportings COREP/FINREP mensuels suivants évoluent à partir du 1er septembre 2024.

As announced in the press release of 5 April 2024 regarding the transmission of procedures directly to the CSSF, the methods for collecting the following monthly COREP/FINREP reports are going to change from 1 September 2024.
