La CSSF informe que la circulaire CSSF 24/850 relative aux PSF de support quant aux règles pratiques concernant le rapport descriptif et le questionnaire d’auto-évaluation à soumettre annuellement et à la mission des réviseurs d’entreprises agréés et notamment les règles pratiques concernant la lettre de recommandations et le rapport séparé à établir annuellement (« la circulaire ») a été publiée ce jour.

The CSSF informs the public that Circular CSSF 24/850 relating to support PFS with respect to the practical rules concerning the descriptive report and the self-assessment questionnaire to be submitted on an annual basis and the engagement of the réviseurs d’entreprises agréés (approved statutory auditors) and in particular the practical rules concerning the management letter and the separate report to be drawn up on an annual basis (the “Circular”) were published today.
