CSSF Updates on U1.1 Reporting

The CSSF has updated the procedures for submitting the U1.1 reporting. As of 15 November 2024, reports can be transmitted via a new eDesk procedure or through an XML API using the S3 protocol.
A transition period allows the use of old submission channels until 28 February 2025. From March 2025, only the new methods will be accepted.
The updated Guidelines on U1.1 reporting (version 6.1) also provide technical details on XML format and the new submission process.
These changes aim to modernize reporting, ensure consistency, and enhance data quality for UCIs, SIFs, and SICARs under CSSF supervision.
