Le 16 mai 2022, la CSSF a publié la circulaire CSSF 22/811 (« circulaire UCIA ») relative à l’autorisation et à l’organisation des entités agissant en qualité d’administrateurs d’OPC. Le présent communiqué a pour objet de rappeler à l’industrie des fonds d’investissement certaines exigences découlant de la circulaire UCIA.

On 16 May 2022, the CSSF published Circular CSSF 22/811 (UCIA Circular) on the authorisation and organisation of entities acting as UCI administrators (UCIAs). The purpose of this communiqué is to remind the investment fund industry of certain requirements under the UCIA Circular.

After an unanimous adoption earlier in June, the national “DORA law” of 1 July 2024 was published in the Official Journal and will apply by 17 January 2025. This constitutes one more step towards a more resilient financial sector in Luxembourg.

Après une adoption unanime en juin, la loi nationale « DORA » du 1er juillet 2024 (Digital Operational Resilience Act – Règlement sur la résilience opérationnelle numérique) a été publiée au journal officiel et sera applicable au 17 janvier 2025.
