As of 1 September 2025, the transmission method for Money Market Fund reporting is changing.

Luxembourg, 27 November 2024 To all undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS, UCIs Part II, SIFs, SICARs). To all alternative investment funds non-authorised by the CSSF (RAIFs, AIFs managed by a Luxembourg or foreign AIFM that fulfil the criteria of Article 1(39) of the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers).

À la suite des évènements récents qui ont retenu l’attention du public et des médias, la CSSF tient à rappeler à toutes les entités surveillées leur obligation de notifier tout incident lié aux TIC conformément aux dispositions applicables énoncées dans la circulaire CSSF 25/893 et/ou la circulaire CSSF 24/847.

In response to recent events that have received public and media attention, the CSSF reminds all supervised entities of the obligation to submit ICT-related incident notifications in line with the relevant provisions outlined in Circular CSSF 25/893 and/or Circular CSSF 24/847.

Information to be provided to the CSSF by a Luxembourg AIFM when it ceases to manage an AIF non-authorised by the CSSF.
