Procedure for the notification of errors

From this date, any detected error and instance of non-compliance need to be notified exclusively through the two transmission methods below:

Initial submission and follow of notifications in the dedicated eDesk procedure
Automated submission of the notification via API (S3 protocol), then follow-up of the notification in the dedicated eDesk procedure
