CSSF Introduces New U1.1 Reporting Transmission & Guidelines

Transmission Methods (Effective November 15, 2024)

• New submission channels have been rolled out:
  – a dedicated eDesk procedure, and
  – an XML API leveraging the S3 protocol

• Old transmission methods remain available during a transition period ending on February 28, 2025.

Updated Guidelines: Version 6.1 (February 12, 2025)

• The Guidelines on U1.1 Reporting (Version 6.1) now contain technical details covering:

  • the XML file format specifications, and

  • the new transmission channels (eDesk & API via S3)

• This update applies to all Luxembourg-regulated funds, including UCITS, Part II UCIs, SIFs, and SICARs.
