CSSF – New Initial/Update Form for Single-Compartment AIFs
The Luxembourg financial regulator, CSSF, has released a new Initial/Update Form for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) without compartments. This applies to Luxembourg-based AIFMs managing single-compartment funds not authorised by the CSSF.
The form is part of Circular CSSF 25/894, which updates reporting requirements for non-authorised investment funds. Published on 27 June 2025 and updated on 18 July 2025, it must be completed and submitted via the CSSF’s eDesk portal for both initial notifications and updates.
This move aims to standardise information gathering, improve oversight, and ensure compliance with Luxembourg’s evolving fund regulations.
